Preview a Channel
To test the real user experience on your own device, you have to use your personal preview key. These can be found in your Aloqa Partner Account in the “Preview keys” section.
To activate a preview key on your device, follow these steps:
- Open Aloqa on your Android device.
- Enter the Aloqa Channel Store by pressing the add bottom at the bottom of your main deck.
- Press the menu button of your phone and choose Enter preview code.
- Now you are prompted to enter a username and a preview code:
- Username: Type any name you like. This name may help you to know which preview key is used by whom.
- Preview Code: Type in one of your preview keys that are listed in the Aloqa Partner Account.
If you have activated a preview key on your phone, you will find an new category named “preview” on top of the categories list in the Chanel Store. This category contains all of your unpublished channels. Please verify the presentation of your channel in the Channel Store as well as the presentation of the channel after subscribing to it.
You may distribute your preview keys to your co-workers or customers.
