• MOTODEV SDK for Java ME v2.0 (Windows, Linux) | October 10, 2008

  MOTODEV SDK for Java ME v2.0 contains major upgrades, especially the use of Eclipse 3.4 and Mobile Tools for Java (in place of EclipseME Plugin). Other features include improved device debugging and deployment, support for JSR 177 PKI, and the ability to target a new generation of Motorola handsets. Because of the move to Eclipse 3.4, you will not be able to use the update management system in previous versions of the SDK to upgrade to version 2.0.

• MOTODEV SDK for Java ME v1.4 (Windows, Linux) | August 29, 2008

  MOTODEV SDK for Java ME v1.4 updates MOTODEV SDK for Java ME 1.3 to add support for additional handsets and APIs. It previews new features such as Linux host support, on-device debugging on handsets that run the Motorola OS and a deployment tool for sending an application to a handset. To update, you must have installed at least MOTODEV SDK for Java ME v1.0. Use Update Manager/Configuration under the Help menu to download and install the update.
