Frank Bentley is a Senior Staff Research Engineer in the Motorola Social Media Research Lab. He focuses on creating experiences to help existing social groups stay connected and develop stronger social bonds. Frank joined Motorola full-time in 2002 after completing his bachelors and masters degrees in the EECS department of MIT where he also performed research in the Media Lab and Artificial Intelligence Lab. While at Motorola, Frank has worked on media management solutions including a partnership with Yahoo! Research Berkeley on the ZoneTag application, a J2ME application that allows users to tag and upload photos to Flickr with location information and names of nearby businesses, events, and social tags that are derived from GSM Cell ID. He has also worked on mobile presence applications such as Motion Presence which was presented at ACM CHI 2007. For the past two years, Frank has taught a spring semester class at MIT on Mobile Communication including design, development, and usability testing of J2ME applications.

Scott then joined WPP's interactive agency Digit as Commercial Director and was instrumental in building up the company's reputation within the advertising world. While working on the Motorola account Scott was offered to take on a new position at the company of Music Director in the just launched Global Category Marketing team. Mr. Sinha earned an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.

Charles Ubriaco, Principal Systems Engineer is currently a member of the team responsible for supporting Motorola's Enterprise Mobility business platform systems engineering in the areas of WWAN and voice. Charlie joined Symbol in 2001 from Telular as the WWAN systems engineer for a combined GSM/802.11b compact flash radio module. Charlie has been working on voice performance and the application interface definition as well as working with Symbol partners supporting new applications in the field. Charles has lead innovative voice applications on wearable mobile computers, optimized voice APIs for WAN based devices and worked on numerous end user implementations for some of Enterprise Mobility businesses largest customers.

Dave Ulmer is Motorola's Sr. Director of Entertainment Products, defining and promoting seamlessly mobile media devices and experiences. Dave serves as board director and vice-chairman of the Mobile Entertainment Forum and has a long history of championing and chaperoning leading edge products into mainstream consumer markets.

Mitchell has been developing products, new markets and sales partners by understanding the needs of each of the parties who often are not aware of each other's existence, and bringing them together.
Prior to joining Kinoma, Mitchell worked at Sonic Solutions as Director of Online Operations, Sales and Marketing, driving all web properties and estore operations world wide. He increased gross revenues 22 times and registrations over 10 times in a 2 year period. During his time at kärna Technology as Vice President of Business Development, he drove companies to become interested in licensing kärna's patented precision optical encoder technology, including creating a relationship with Intel that allowed kärna's Razer group to integrate their product into the Intel Pentium 4 launch.

Roman has been with Motorola for 15 years originally working directly with customers to develop their solutions based on Motorola Enterprise Mobility devices. He holds a B.Sc(Hons) Degree in Electronic Engineering from Middlesex University.
