Mob4Hire speeds up the development process in a cost-effective manner.

• Technical Mobile Testing
  Simply log on to the Mob4Hire site and post your application along with a test plan, then select the required handsets, countries and networks from the Mob4Hire database. Mob4Hire will contact the appropriate testers and encourage them to bid on your project. Approximately 50% of the Mob4Hire handsets are in the hands of professional testers. Once you have selected your testers, they will download the application and complete the test plan. All payments are made through PayPal and Mob4Hire collects a commission. Monies are held in escrow for 5 days to allow the developer to judge the quality of the test report.


• Mobile Market Research
  The procedure for mobile market research is exactly the same as above but the test plan is different. In this case, a developer will pay a tester to download an application and complete a marketing survey along with key demographic information. This is an excellent, inexpensive method for a developer to contact early adopters anywhere in the world and ask key marketing questions such as: How did the GUI look on your handset? Was the application intuitive? Would you pay for this application and how much would you pay? Did you find any bugs? Would you recommend this application to your friends?


• Revenue Generation by Testing for Others
  Mob4Hire provides an excellent revenue opportunity for MOTODEV developers. Many developers have invested considerable money buying handsets in order to complete their own in-house testing. But in-house testing departments are not necessarily engaged 100% of the time. Mob4Hire can help you recoup some of your investments by adding your handsets and testers to the Mob4Hire site, where they can complete testing for other developers. Build community with other MOTODEV developers and make money, too.


• Remote Mobile Emulation for Smart Phones
  Mob4hire is currently developing mobile remote emulation capabilities with a third-party software company. This will allow you to remotely control the smart phone of a Mob4Hire tester anywhere in the world as if the handset were in your own hands. Monitor, test and make changes on the fly in order to increase speed to market without tester error. This capability is particularly important for Location Based Services, which require true mobility for proper testing.

Mob4Hire will reduce their fees by 5% to all MOTODEV application developers by quoting "Motodev-Mob" before the funds are placed in escrow. Note: This does not include the portion of the fees that go to the tester or PayPal, but only includes the Mob4Hire brokerage fee.
