Motorola Content Policy For Developers
Motorola reserves the right to screen and refuse content that it believes in its sole and unfettered discretion infringes upon or violates the rights of any third party, violates U.S. or applicable local law in Developer’s country of residence, is inappropriate, obscene, not in keeping with Motorola’s image or that does not comply with the following guidelines:
- Cannot be sexually explicit, suggestive, obscene, offensive, profane, pornographic, or contain nudity or other materials not suitable for persons under 18;
- Cannot promote illegal or illicit activity, and cannot depict or constitute a violation of any law.
- Cannot be unnecessarily violent, or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional, or age group;
- Cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging or slanderous remarks about Motorola, Motorola partners, or its products, or other people, products or companies, and cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill of Motorola;
- Cannot violate any intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, trade secrets, or other proprietary right of any party; and
- Cannot invade personal privacy or violate the right of publicity.
