The Java Developer Guide for MOTOMAGX includes details on the new fleet of MOTOMAGX handsets — such as the MOTOROKR Z6,MOTORAZR2 V8, MOTO U9, and the recently announced MOTOROKR E8 — as well as earlier Linux OS predecessors such as the MOTOMING A1200, MOTOROKR E6 and MOTOROKR E2.

MOTODEV Studio for Java ME v 1.3 offers more robust tools for developing Java ME applications for Motorola handsets. It incorporates all previous updates and adds features such as support for Mobile Service Architecture (JSR 248 Subset) as well Motorola UIQ handsets, among others.
