The UI Sample Kit contains various packs of UI samples to help you develop Android applications that users will love. The first pack released, the Widget Pack, contains two widget layouts, a main activity layout, three-state buttons with virtual touch area, a custom swipe class, and aliveness in response to a long press.

MOTODEV was at CTIA last week; check out what all the buzz was about:
- The new Motorola CLIQ with MOTOBLUR was available for attendees to try out
- Barnes and Noble provided a free cup of coffee at Cafe Droid along with a demo of their new eReader application on the Motorola CLIQ
- CardStar, Konami, HowCast, Superpages and Midomi all demoed their new Android app on the Motorola CLIQ
- Attendees showed their love for Android by getting temporary Droid tattoos, competing for Rock the Droid t-shirts, and taking photos with the Droid in the MOTODEV exhibit

MOTODEV Studio for Java ME v3.0
Motorola has integrated significant parts of MOTODEV Studio for Java ME into Mobile Tools for Java and the Eclipse Pulsar project. With Version 3.0, what was formerly MOTODEV Studio for Java ME is now a plug-in to Eclipse Pulsar, offering the same features to which MOTODEV developers have become accustomed. MOTODEV SDK for Java ME continues to be a stand-alone product compatible with UEI-compliant IDEs, and remains available from MOTODEV.
