Congratulations to Temasek Polytechnic, whose students were victorious in MOTODEV’s recent J2ME Developer Competition in Singapore. A team from Temasek took home a S$5,000 prize after going head-to-head against more than 60 other university teams in a three-round programming showdown.
In the final round, Temasek’s “Mobile Transitlink Guide” edged out the National University of Singapore’s “Mobile Iris” streaming webcam monitor and an interactive bus directory from Nanyang Technological University.

The latest iDEN Java Application Loaders mean developers can say goodbye to cumbersome access and handset quantity restrictions when loading Java applications to iDEN handsets.
