MOTODEV Studio for Java™ ME has been updated to version 1.1, with added features and support for more Motorola products. Based on the Eclipse framework, our integrated tools for creating mobile Java applications help you focus on creativity while maximizing your productivity. Added functionality includes:
- Managing the main Landmark Storage configuration file, allowing MIDlets that use JSR 179 to access stored information
- A Config Tool that provides an easy way to read/write some specific internal handset configurations such as IMEI and UID
- A Signing Tool that allows you to import certificates and then sign MIDlet suites with them
- Support for MOTO Q 8 (CMCC version)
- Support for G24 embedded devices
To get the update, use the built-in update management system in MOTODEV Studio for Java ME. If you aren't using MOTODEV Studio for Java ME yet, get it today!
Motorola successfully concluded the 2007 global series of MOTODEV Summits where developers participated in advanced technical training, explored new market opportunities and got a sneak peek at the next generation of Motorola devices, technologies and platforms.
