After the initial development phase, Motorola's Horizon Developers Program works with ISVs to perform an early integration of the application into Motorola's digital system for testing purposes, identifying open issues prior to full integration.

Follwing this test phase, Horizon also performs validation, integrating the application onto a fully functional system. A final report identifies open issues and confirms the application's readiness for commercial deployment.
