Through the MOTOREADY App Testing Program, we also identify and verify downloadable apps that have been optimized for our devices so that we can showcase them to our consumers.

MOTODEV is offering members an exclusive new program in partnership with Intertek, one of the world’s leading quality assurance test labs. The MOTOREADY App Testing Program is a fee-based program that performs testing of your apps to verify device optimization and ensure your app’s eligibility for Motorola's growing set of global discovery channels and promotional opportunities.

Testing Overview

Apps submitted to the MOTOREADY App Testing Program will be tested against a set of criteria based on industry best practices to ensure they provide a high-quality experience for users of Motorola products. Testing criteria includes behavior and stability tests, device-specific optimizations, and more. Some promotional opportunities may require an enhanced level of testing.

Getting Started

  1. Not yet a MOTODEV member? Register today.
  2. New to Intertek? Create an account, and obtain and sign the Intertek Master Testing Agreement and MOTOREADY Program Rider.
  3. Submit your apps. Note: testing is typically scheduled within 5-7 business days after submission and payment.
  4. Get results! A detailed report, including any issues found, is emailed to you within 1 business day after testing.
